Nigeria Super Falcons Striker, Esther Okoronkwo has been singled out as one of the players to excel as the World Sevens Football tournament stages its first-ever North American edition this weekend in Florida.

Her Coach at AFC Toronto, Marko Milanovic believes the unique Seven-a-Side format is purpose-built for the Nigerian lethal striker, whose game thrives on pace, sharp movement, technicality, and playing off the shoulder of the last defender.

One interesting and key element of the tournament is that there are no offside rules and Milanovic is confident Okoronkwo will thrive in such conditions.
